- Supremo fait le job de façon simple et efficace et remplace sans soucis Teamviewer / Anydesk à un cout plus abordable - La version business permet plusieurs sessions simultanées sans surcout prohibitif - Compatibilité Windows étendue (ancien et nouveau os desktop / serveur) - Support OSX / IOS / Android... bien que légèrement en retrait par rapport aux versions windows - La gestion du multi écran avec un mode permettant de visualiser deux écrans distant sur le poste maitre - La gestion des contacts en ligne ou en local au choix sans surcout - stable et rapide - support commercial et technique réactif et compétant. les demandes / besoins semblent être pris en compte

Il software è semplice da installare e configurare, multipiattaforma. Nelle ultime versioni è stata introdotta anche la versione per l'assistenza ai dispositivi mobili. Le licenze hanno un prezzo concorrenziale. E' ottima la personalizzazione. Comodo il sistema rubrica per l'accesso (preventivamente autorizzato) ai dispositivi dei clienti.
Unica pecca la versione mac OS X da implementare meglio soprattutto per le versioni datate di tale sistema operativo
Ho testato inizialmente (più di 5 anni fa) la versione gratuita. Restato pienamente soddisfatto ho acquistato la versione pro che rinnovo ogni anno con convinzione.

It is powerful, easy and complete solution that supports Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, and Android therefore it allows connection to any machine anywhere in the world.
You just need password to connect a remote desktop rather waiting acceptance of that person, therefore that remote PC may be off. New version seems more modern interface. It is reliable and secure and can be accessed only on the permission of the person at other side. Its powerful data transfer protocol helps to connect remote PCs without any configuration.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to operate as it lags. It is user friendly, however, mobile version is not so simple. It does not support printer. Connectivity problem irritates therefore users need strong internet connection.
It offers most of features as provided by TeamViewer. Our requirements sufficiently satisfied by Supremo at more economical package.

out of 5Cuando consigue establecer una conexion remota estable, me permite trabajar en remoto en mis equipos y transferir archivos en remoto entre ellos. Muchas veces tengo que usarlo tambien para revisar el equipo de camaras de seguridad y tambien permite hacerlo y ahorrar tiempo
Es un software facil de usar, similar a otras aplicaciones de control remoto que hay en el mercado. Lo mas me ha gustado es: -Facil de instalar (aunque algo dificil de desintalar) -Casi siempre me permite acceder a mis equipos rapidamente y casi siempre me permite trabajar en remoto mas de 30 minutos de manera estable y 2 horas con interrupciones del servicio -En general ralentiza poco el pc y consume poca memoria
Los puntos que menos me gustan son: -Politica de conservacion de usuarios Pesima, horrible. Solo hay descuentos y promociones para captar clientes nuevos pero los usuarios fieles nunca se les premia con ningun descuento directo para renovaciones de licencias. Solo podras aprovechar algun descuento si lo descubres por ti mismo -El soporte tecnico es ridiculo y honestamente es el peor que he probado
principalmente por su precio mas ajustado y similares caracteristicas aunque finalmente he comprobado que es menos estable y tiene peor calidad en general
Teamviewer es sin duda la mejor aplicacion de control remoto del mercado pero desde hace 2 años se han vuelto locos con los precios y son entre 3 y 5 veces mas caros que cualquier otra opcion del mercado, ademas de que quienes compraron licencias perpetuas dejaran de poder usarlas en enero 2022. En general todas las empresas que venden soluciones de control remoto no paran de subir precios y hay que ir cambiando casi cada 2 años

out of 5Supremo non teme rivali funziona veramente bene e per il costo a cui viene proposto è la migliore alternativa rispetto a tutti gli altri competitor. Non facciamo assistenza normale ma usiamo Supremo per mostrare e spiegare il funzionamento dei software che sviluppiamo o semplicemente per fare la configurazione del client di posta, dopo due anni possiamo dire che ci troviamo molto bene e useremo il software per molto tempo.
Veloce, semplice anche da smartphone ed ha la possibilità di connettere più utenti allo stesso prezzo.
L'installazione su windows non è intuitiva per tutti gli utenti.
Il costo e che è un prodotto italiano.
Perché il precedente costava troppo per quello che offriva

Il software è semplice da installare e configurare, multipiattaforma. Nelle ultime versioni è stata introdotta anche la versione per l'assistenza ai dispositivi mobili. Le licenze hanno un prezzo concorrenziale. E' ottima la personalizzazione. Comodo il sistema rubrica per l'accesso (preventivamente autorizzato) ai dispositivi dei clienti.
Unica pecca la versione mac OS X da implementare meglio soprattutto per le versioni datate di tale sistema operativo
Ho testato inizialmente (più di 5 anni fa) la versione gratuita. Restato App Builder crack soddisfatto ho acquistato la versione pro che rinnovo ogni anno con convinzione.

Es un software facil de usar, similar a otras aplicaciones de control remoto que hay en el mercado. Lo mas me ha gustado es: -Facil de instalar (aunque algo dificil supremo for android desintalar) -Casi siempre me permite acceder a mis equipos rapidamente y casi siempre me permite trabajar en remoto mas de 30 minutos de manera estable y 2 horas con interrupciones del servicio -En general ralentiza poco el pc y consume poca memoria
Los puntos que menos me gustan son: -Politica de conservacion de usuarios Pesima, horrible. Solo hay descuentos y promociones para captar clientes nuevos pero los usuarios fieles nunca se les premia con ningun descuento directo para renovaciones de licencias. Solo podras aprovechar algun descuento si lo descubres por ti mismo -El soporte tecnico es ridiculo y honestamente es el peor que he probado
principalmente por su precio mas ajustado y similares caracteristicas aunque finalmente he comprobado que es menos estable y tiene peor calidad en general
Teamviewer es sin duda la mejor aplicacion de control remoto del mercado pero desde hace 2 años se han vuelto locos con los precios y son entre 3 y 5 veces mas caros que cualquier otra opcion del mercado, supremo for android, ademas de que quienes compraron licencias perpetuas dejaran de poder usarlas en enero 2022. En general todas las empresas que venden soluciones de control remoto no paran de subir precios y hay que ir cambiando casi cada 2 años

out of 5Supremo non teme rivali funziona veramente bene e per il costo a supremo for android viene proposto è la migliore alternativa rispetto a tutti gli altri competitor, supremo for android. Non facciamo assistenza normale ma usiamo Supremo per mostrare e spiegare il funzionamento dei software che sviluppiamo o semplicemente per fare la configurazione del client di posta, dopo due anni possiamo dire che ci troviamo molto bene e useremo il software per molto supremo for android.
Veloce, supremo for android, semplice anche da smartphone ed ha la possibilità di connettere più utenti allo stesso prezzo.
L'installazione su windows non è intuitiva per tutti gli utenti.
Il costo e che è un prodotto italiano.

- Supremo fait le job de façon simple et efficace et remplace sans soucis Teamviewer / Anydesk à un cout plus abordable - La version business permet plusieurs sessions simultanées sans surcout prohibitif - Compatibilité Windows étendue (ancien et nouveau os desktop / serveur) - Support OSX / IOS / Android... bien que légèrement en retrait par rapport aux versions windows - La gestion du multi écran avec un mode permettant de visualiser deux écrans distant sur le poste maitre - La gestion des contacts en ligne ou en local au choix sans surcout - stable et rapide - support commercial et technique réactif et compétant. les demandes / besoins semblent être pris en compte
- l'obligation de selectionner par une radio box le mode demarrage ou installation permanente avec saisie d'un mot de passe n'est pas très intuitif et est tres perturbant pour les utilisateurs (un pre-choix demarrer serait plus instinctif) . - pas de possibilité d'installer directement via un script sans passer par l'usage d'un token en variable disponible en version business. - une fois installé pas possible d'épingler à la barre des taches - pas de copier / coller de fichiers ou dossiers distant / local, mais c'est annoncé pour 2022 :) - la gestion de l'uac , le cas de sessions ouvertes sous un autre profil utilisateur - manque de paramètre a passer pour l'installation automatique (par exemple la restriction d'hôtes) - EXTREMEMENT pénalisant l'impossibilité de sauvegarder / transferer le numéro d'id d'un poste de maintenance ( par exemple en cas de réinstallation changement de pc il faudras redéfinir le poste autorisé a accéder sur chaque client) - pas de package chocolatey pour le deploiement (je travaille dessus pour le rendre disponible) ni glpi / fusion inventory pour la gestion de parc

out of 5Supremo non teme rivali funziona veramente bene e per il costo a cui viene proposto è la migliore alternativa rispetto a tutti gli altri competitor. Non facciamo assistenza normale ma usiamo Supremo per mostrare e spiegare il funzionamento dei software che sviluppiamo o semplicemente per fare la configurazione del client di posta, dopo due anni possiamo dire che ci troviamo molto bene e useremo il software per molto tempo.
Veloce, semplice anche da smartphone ed ha la possibilità di connettere più utenti allo stesso prezzo.
L'installazione su windows non è intuitiva per tutti gli utenti.
Il costo e che è un prodotto italiano.
Perché il precedente costava troppo per quello che offriva
