How do I install Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Thank you for your purchase of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  In order to install Adobe Acrobat you will need both a Product Key(always starts with the Letter A) and a Serial # (is always just numbers, no letters).  We will provide you with a Product Key when we fulfill your order.  To get the serial # you  must go through Adobe's academic verification process prior to activating your software.  This is an Adobe requirement.  You will need to go to:

https://www.identit-e.com/adobe

Once there follow the instructions given.  If after following the instructions you are successfully validated, you will receive an email from Adobe that you have been approved.  The email will contain your serial number.

After you receive your Serial #, that along with the Product Key and Download Link we emailed you is what you will need to begin the download process for Acrobat Pro.

If you have trouble with your download link, please go here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.  This will help you get your product installed.

1.  To Install:  This product requires academic verification prior to downloading. Click the link below to verify academic status prior to activating software: https://www.identit-e.com/adobe At this site you'll be prompted for the product code which was sent to you by ThinkEDU/CollegeBuys.

Once approved the product serial number will be sent directly from Adobe.

2.  Once your academic status has been verified, you will receive another email that looks something like this:

3.  You should then go back to the email that  you first received (that contained your Product Key) and click the following link:

4.  Then Start Your Download.  You will then be asked for your Product Key (that was sent from ThinkEDU/CollegeBuys - see below) and your Serial # (that was sent from Adobe's Academic Verification Team.

NOTE: [U]Tech neither endorses nor supports any of these options. If help is needed, use the software vendor's support services.

  • Print to PDF: Convert a file to PDF through the Print function built into Windows and MacOS. Review more on Adobe's website.
  • Microsoft Word: Word can convert files to PDFs through the "Save as" function. You can edit a PDF by opening it as a Word document and saving it as a PDF.
  • Apple Preview: Mac computer users can use Apple Preview to manipulate PDF files, including filling out forms and signing documents. Learn more on Apple's website.
